Get ready to ride the whirlwind of excitement in your first week! You'll dive into departmental induction, get plugged into the assistance center, and embark on a thrilling field visit. And by week's end, you'll be meeting your manager and teammates—so brace yourself.

Assimilation

Welcome aboard! As you embark on your journey with us, we want to ensure your seamless assimilation into our vibrant culture. Over the next three months, you'll have touch-base sessions with our HR team to address any queries or concerns, ensuring you feel right at home. But it's not just about work—we're all about fostering friendships and a supportive community. Our inclusive culture prioritizes your health and well-being, and rest assured. Don't fret if you haven't found cozy accommodations yet—we've got your back!

HIRING PROCESS

Profile Screening
The process begins with a thorough screening of curriculum vitae (CVs) received/sourced for the open position. Our Talent Excellence Team carefully evaluates each CV, assessing the candidate's qualifications, experience, and alignment with the role's requirements. Particular emphasis is placed on the candidate's previous achievements, the impact they have had in their prior roles, and how well their background aligns with the responsibilities and expectations of the open position. This initial screening ensures that only candidates with relevant and impactful experiences are shortlisted for further consideration. This may involve a brief call with the Talent Excellence team. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) and firmly believe in selecting the candidates who best fit the role and our firms culture. We also greatly value the diversity of our teams be it in the form of gender, religion, race, cast, colour, creed, geography, and age.
Panel Interviews
There is a thoughtfully stitched panel for candidate discussion for each role. The panel comprises people from various teams who either manage that particular role or work closely with it. This ensures a comprehensive evaluation of the candidate's skills, knowledge, and potential fit within the firm. For mid-management roles, at least one panel member will be from a different team, ensuring a holistic evaluation of each candidate. For senior management roles, the panel includes at least two members from the different teams. This cross-functional approach assesses the candidate's leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and domain knowledge from multiple perspectives.
Bar Raiser Round
After the panel interviews, a "bar raiser" round is conducted. This additional step serves to maintain a high caliber of talent within the Firm by ensuring that the potential new hire demonstrates skills and knowledge superior to at least half of the existing workforce in that particular role or discipline. This rigorous evaluation process upholds our commitment to continuous improvement and fosters a culture of excellence.
Debrief
Following the interviews, all panel members convene for a debrief session, where they share their experiences, observations, and insights about the candidate. This collaborative discussion explores potential green flags (strengths), yellow flags (areas for development), and red flags (significant concerns), facilitating informed decision-making.
Offer Discussion
Once a decision to make an offer is made by the panel, our talent excellence team prepares an appropriate rewards package for the selected candidate and shares it with them along with other key details such as Grade & Designation.

Base Compensation

We provide competitive base salaries to allow new hires to uphold or improve their standard of living. This may involve increments to base pay. For leadership roles, we maintain similar base compensation levels to ensure their living standards remain steady while they drive wealth generation through other components of our total rewards package. Our base compensation structure allows meaningful income tax savings on various kinds of expenditures to the extent allowed by law.

Performance Bonus

Our performance bonus is dependent on our own, team, and company's performance. Exceptional performers have the potential to earn up to 500% of the target bonus amount. Furthermore, certain teams like the Growth team are eligible for lucrative performance incentives based on the company's periodically updated incentive policies.

Longevity Bonus

We offer lucrative bonuses after 1-2 years of service, especially for executive and senior management roles where we expect a significant impact over a period of time. The firm is also committed to allocating additional longevity bonuses from time to time to employees viewed as long-term assets.

Milestone Bonus
